Freedom of Information

Case number 2014/0035892 I don’t understand why reports of the financial investigations of academies carried out by Education Finance Agency black out the names of the peole who have been found to have misused public funds. In the case of The Education Fellowship, the EFA in a report in April 2014 found “highly unusual and potentially significant issues” that include £45,000 in expenses paid to two goverors. It does not name the governors. I asked on 18 May for copes of all the financial reports without names being blacked out. FOIs are supposed to be answered in 20 days. The last email from the DfE said I would get a reply in August.
